Once upon a time Umeå was well known all throughout the world for its intense hardcore-scene. With bands like Refused, Abihanda & Final Exit along with shows with an insane amount of people in the crowd compared to today’s standard it looked like it would last forever. But all great cities fade away in the end.
Now it’s 2010 and it starts to feel like Umeå is on the rise again, at least to some amount. Forever Young isn’t backing for no one with their youth-crew hardcore with strong VSE messages.
